I'm a Brooklyn-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a background in community public health and integrative nutrition. My work over the last 15 years has been primarily supporting people with chronic mental and physical health conditions, which has influenced my approach in looking at the whole person and understanding the intersect of their history and environment.
I enjoy working with dynamic communities and marginalized populations, including people of color, undocumented, LGBTQ+ and non-binary folks. I currently provide individual and couples therapy at a community-based outpatient mental health clinic in Brooklyn, alongside my own private practice. Prior to this, I worked at non-profit health centers in New York City providing reproductive and sexual education and counseling, as well as initiating an integrative wellness program in a large non-profit agency.
