ABOUT ME

I'm a Brooklyn-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mother of three, with a background in community public health and integrative nutrition. My work over the last 20 years has evolved from primarily supporting communities of people with chronic mental and physical health conditions, to working more personally with people through talk therapy, which has fed my desire to connect with others and witness the magic of insight and growth.

I enjoy working with dynamic communities and marginalized populations, including people of color, undocumented, LGBTQ+ and non-binary folks. Prior to starting my private practice, I provided individual and couples therapy at a community-based outpatient mental health clinic in Brooklyn for several years. Previously, I provided reproductive and sexual education and counseling in non-profit health centers in New York City, and initiated an integrative wellness program in a large non-profit agency.

No matter whom I work with, I value my clients and their strengths, and take pride with cultivating an honest, humorous, and engaging environment for them to explore their inner selves.
