We focus on understanding your current challenges, process experiences, bring awareness and insight to thought patterns, and support you to find your inner guide. My therapy is collaborative and relational, and utilizes psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, among other modalities, to provide a judgement-free, supportive environment to explore and experience change.
Trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), we will explore and modify patterns of emotional responses, learn language and new ways to interact and communicate with one another. This type of short-term therapy bring awareness of the influence of family history and attachment patterns in your relationship. It is conducted in a non-judgmental, strengths-based, confidential way.
